Your video was hilarious. Not so much to be running in it, but very funny to be watching it. Almost as funny as the biking sign. I have been that person, on perhaps a smaller, less scenic scale.

Great running! I'm so impressed with your mileage. My 50K plan doesn't have me running that many miles until the week of...and I'm pretty much OK with that. :)

Satan's Sidewalk? Hilarious! I had to get up from my computer to go tell Jenn what you call the treadmill. So funny! Great shots, as usual. My favorite was the orchard with the blue sky peaking out from the top. Karate Kid wasn't too bad either. Way to go on a solid week of running. That's sweet!

2. if my knee was not so dang annoying right now i would BE at that trail run this weekend. count me in once its healed.
3. i am midway through that book and loving it. i will send you an email or something when i am finished. but so far find it so interesting that my serious injuries have both come at the most stressful times of my schooling the past year.

Don't hate me but I was laughing watching those tumbleweeds roll at you!! How insane is that wind!? I ran a trail half on Sat night and I mentioned something about the mud being deep and he said "be thankful, this morning there were 30 mph winds coming off across the lake!" I shut up fast. Wind is no bueno.
