I desperately wish I had one of these suits for the Bryce Canyon Half Marathon on Saturday.
Would that not be the most awesome thing ever to see someone do a race in one of these costumes? (Of course it could pose some obvious challenges to the person actually running in the suit. I think I could pull it off though.)
Want to see the Green Men in action? I beg of you, watch this little clip from ESPN. I laughed until I cried. This is what I want to be when I grow up.
I did get to see someone run a race in one of those suits!! It was blue though.ReplyDelete
ba ha ha ha! Please wear this in a race. I would totally pay you. Love it!ReplyDelete
Just make sure you cut holes for the eyes and mouth so you can see and breathe!ReplyDelete
That clip was great! As for racing in it, I'd get worried about overheating. I already sweat like a pig when I run anyway, I wouldn't want to make it worse.ReplyDelete
That is nuts. I always feel for people who dress up for races. They must be tough as nails because I think it would be 10x harder to run in something other then your tried and true running garb.ReplyDelete
There was a whole team of guys wearing these things at Ragnar Wasatch Back last month. I have no idea how they were running in them, but they were fast! Sweaty spots were highly visible, but they still looked pretty darn cool. :) You could totally pull it off!ReplyDelete
I've seen someone run in this costume twice here in Houston!ReplyDelete
It Atlanta, during the NBA playoffs, I saw a green man who was "Kryptonite" for Dwight Howards, a.k.a. Superman. It was hilarious!ReplyDelete
