One week ago I caught up with some awesome bloggers on my way up north for the South Valley Half Marathon. These guys all have some awesome blogs that you definitely should check out. I learned that coconut frozen yogurt topped with coconut flakes and candy is incredible. And if you eat enough of it, your sugar high will last long enough to get you to a sub-2 hour half marathon the next morning. Bonus!
